In California, there is no licensing for home inspectors and no minimum education or experience requirements. I am a Certified Master Inspector with the American Institute of Inspectors and have been inspecting homes for 14+ years.  I am also a California licensed building contractor with over 30 years of construction experience. I believe these qualifications and the yearly continuing education through two national organizations help provide you with the professional level services you deserve. 

The typical 1000 to 1800 square foot residence built on a concrete slab, less than 50 years old, in reasonable condition is generally $350.00.
